OH Bugger!
Travels of a Donkey

is a coming-of-age adventure, loosely based on the author's travelling experiences as a teenager.

The boredom of not knowing where his life is going, Quentin James, the lead character decides to go travelling. Later seven new friends are chucked off a Kibbutz in Israel and journey to Egypt, through naivety and poor common sense they become separated.

Quentin's daydreams come to life adding additional irrelevant stories involving cartoon characters Wilbur Wildebeest & his motley crew of adversaries including the evil pig brothers and a group of unlucky daddy-long-legs. The friends meet an Australian couple and a talking cat before they head back to England. But when Quentin returns he is still without a clue what to do next...

Note: contains mild swearing and drug use

The Asylum Years
is full of short stories, some are very short indeed and others are illustrated in a comic strip format. They include sarcastic, irrelevant, ridiculous, true and heart warming tales.

Examples: Art Gallery & Art Gallery II
In comic strip format Simeon is taught about paintings by his professor, yet the worse the picture is, the better (apparently) and the paintings that seem excellent (to Simeon) are slated by the art critic expert.

In Art Gallery II Simeon uses his new knowledge to secure a date with a lady he likes and she falls in love with him...

Example: William the Conkerer
Born a horse chestnut, soaked in vinegar and forged in an oven as a baby.

Example: Mistaken Identity
A true story of how I was arrested and went to court in New Orleans during the Mardi Gras festival.

Note:
Not every story is illustrated but if they are, these ones will be in black and white.
